Peer-Review Process

The Journal of Management and Business Solutions follows a double-blind peer-review process to uphold the highest standards of scholarly publishing.

Key features of the review process:

• Each manuscript is initially assessed by the editorial office to determine its suitability in terms of scope, quality, and formatting.

• Suitable manuscripts are anonymized and assigned to at least two (and occasionally three) expert reviewers.

• Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity, and relevance to the field.

• Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommend one of the following: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.

• The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ comments and the revised manuscript, if applicable.

• The entire review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, although this may vary depending on the complexity of the manuscript.

All review communications are managed through a secure manuscript submission platform to ensure transparency and confidentiality.
