The Journal of Management and Business Solutions (JMBS) is a peer-reviewed, open access academic journal committed to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in the fields of management, business, and organizational studies. Published on a quarterly basis, JMBS serves as a multidisciplinary platform for academic researchers, industry professionals, policy-makers, and graduate students to explore current trends, theoretical insights, empirical findings, and innovative methodologies in the dynamic world of business and management.

Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Management and Business Solutions maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using iThenticate plagiarism detection software prior to being sent for peer review.
Any manuscript found to contain significant similarities to other published works without proper citation or attribution will be rejected. The journal adheres to the ethical standards outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and reserves the right to take action in cases of suspected academic misconduct, including informing authors’ institutions.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and must disclose any reused content, including translated or republished material. Self-plagiarism and redundant publication are also considered violations of the journal’s ethical policy.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To support the operational costs of open access publishing, the Journal of Management and Business Solutions charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1,500,000 Iranian Tomans upon acceptance of the manuscript.
The APC covers editorial handling, peer review management, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term archiving of articles. There are no submission charges, and authors are only required to pay after their manuscript has been successfully reviewed and accepted for publication.
Waivers or discounts may be considered in exceptional cases, especially for authors from low-income countries or underfunded institutions, upon formal request.
Peer-Review Process
The Journal of Management and Business Solutions follows a double-blind peer-review process to uphold the highest standards of scholarly publishing.
Key features of the review process:

Each manuscript is initially assessed by the editorial office to determine its suitability in terms of scope, quality, and formatting.

Suitable manuscripts are anonymized and assigned to at least two (and occasionally three) expert reviewers.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity, and relevance to the field.

Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommend one of the following: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.

The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewers’ comments and the revised manuscript, if applicable.

The entire review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, although this may vary depending on the complexity of the manuscript.
All review communications are managed through a secure manuscript submission platform to ensure transparency and confidentiality.
